DAY OF WEDDING SERVICE

VEP understands that some couples want to plan their weddimg themselves. They wish to relinquish the wedding day responsibilities to someone else so that they can enjoy their wedding and guests.

This service is the solution that will insure the couple's special day is worry-free, by leaving the details to VEP.

Day of Wedding Service includes:

• Two hour consultation to review wedding details and contracts
• Creation of wedding day timeline, detailed task lists, and confirmation of vendor contracts.
• Up to 25 hours of coordination and planning including your wedding day
  • Two hours of rehearsal assistance
  • Four hours of ceremony assistance
  • Six hours of reception assistance
• Personal assistant for bride and groom the day of wedding
  
• Honeymoon arrangements with a personalized travel registry
  
• Bridal party consultation meeting

Wedding day service includes travel time to
meetings, rehersal time and ceremony.
